Mechanism on FDUSD Fixed Product:
Registration: Registration is limited on a first come, first served basis. The deadline is 14 days.
APR: The fixed interest rate will remain the same throughout the entire fixed Simple Earn term. For fixed interest rates, any changes to the APR will only apply to new FDUSD Fixed Product subscriptions and will not affect users' existing subscriptions.
Principal guarantee means that users will get their principal back upon withdrawal or upon the end of the lockup period (if applicable).
Reward calculation period: From 07:00 (Vietnam Time) after the day the user registers for the Fixed Product until the end of the registration period.
Reward Allocation: Daily allocation to Spot Wallet.
Early Redemption: Users may redeem locked assets early, but all rewards received will be forfeited. The entire balance of locked assets, minus any rewards allocated during the term, will be returned to the user's Spot Wallet within 72 hours. However, in exceptional cases, the return of such assets may be further delayed. Please see our terms and risk warning for more details.
How to get started with FDUSD Fixed Product:
Buy FDUSD on the Spot market or the Buy Crypto page using supported payment methods including Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and wallet balances. Users can also deposit FDUSD into their Binance account.
Go to [Simple Earn]and search for FDUSD.
Choose 14 days and sign up for FDUSD Fixed Product to start earning 16.2% APR!
About Binance Simple Earn:
Binance Simple Earn allows users to earn daily rewards by depositing digital assets for fixed or flexible terms. Users can subscribe or withdraw assets from Simple Earn at almost any time, so they can maintain high liquidity and flexibility of their assets while earning daily rewards.

This program is only available to authorized users of Binance Simple Earn products and may not be available or restricted in certain regions or territories or to certain users, depending on legal and regulatory requirements.
Changes to the Simple Earn Reward Rate will be announced on the Platform from time to time. Please refer to Binance Simple Earn Terms and Conditions and Risk Warning for more information before using Simple Earn.
At the end of the agreed subscription period, Binance Simple Earn will exchange the digital assets/cryptocurrency locked in Simple Earn fixed product subscriptions for Simple Earn flexible products.
Users can view their Fixed Product subscriptions by going to Wallet > Earn > Simple Earn > Fixed.

Daily APR rewards are allocated from Binance's own funds and are determined based on an assessment of market conditions at the time. This program is not related to the FDUSD issuer in any way.
User assets deposited into Simple Earn can be lent to other Binance users (e.g. Crypto Lending and Margin products).
Large withdrawal requests may temporarily delay withdrawals. Withdrawals may resume once sufficient liquidity is available. Whether users are able to withdraw their assets or experience delays in processing withdrawal requests depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to extreme market volatility, network delays, large amounts of withdrawal requests from Binance users simultaneously, or any other unforeseen events.

Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tamperes with Binance program code or disrupts the operation of Binance program code using other software.
Based on its assessment, Binance reserves the right to disqualify users from participating in the event if they engage in fraudulent behavior or fail to comply with any of the applicable terms and conditions.
Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the program or program rules at its sole discretion.
