Buenos Aires has already enabled a digital identity system with an Ethereum rollup.
QuarkID, as CriptoNoticias has reported in the past, is a decentralized identity solution that is powered by zkSync, an Ethereum rollup.
The protocol is open source and seeks to give citizens direct ownership of their personal information.
