Thailand's Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) đčđ has launched a cross-border payment service using stablecoins
In partnership with Lightnet and Fireblocks. In Thailand, this is the first time that stablecoins have been used in the traditional financial industry for remittance transactions.
The service helps improve capital efficiency, reduce operating costs and enable transactions in local currencies.
