There is one extremely important point that I often wrote about in passing, implying that it was obvious, but now I decided to highlight this important point.

How to choose a project?

You heard about some project, for example, ā€œloxā€, from bloggers, friends, from grandmothers on benches, you dreamed about the name or a million other options, and what to do next?

Type in Google "what is a lox token" šŸ˜€šŸ¤·

I could have finished here by referring to a bunch of my posts about analytics, but since this is a separate post, I wonā€™t finish here)

On one of the first resources that you come across, you need to read the description and answer yourself the simple questions ā€œwhy will the world need this?ā€ ā€œwhy will they buy this coin?ā€ ā€œwhat functions will the project perform?ā€

If the answer to the first question is "I don't know", to the second - "I don't know", and to the third - "I don't know"

Then you need to ask yourself another question: ā€œWhy will the price show growth?ā€ and if the answer is ā€œbecause Archibald said so on YouTube with his eyes wide openā€ you should not buy this coin and try to find out what the situation is there, who invested, etc.

To ensure that your portfolio does not consist of humus, you need to ask yourself these questions before purchasing each asset and get specific answers to them, for example:

1 is the token of the most used wallet and soon there will be an update where this token will be used.

2 - this is the only ECO blockchain in the world, the project has support from the UN and when will the world remember again that crypto is ruining the environment with such support and such a reason in the info field, the coin has great prospects.

There may be many more examples, but the essence is the same: there must be an answer to the listed questions and the explanation must be understandable even to a child. If the answer is some kind of abstruse words that a talking head says, it is just another piece of trash, which, having bought, has no more chances of success than in a casino.

And only after answering these questions should you move on to full-fledged analytics šŸ¦¾
