Have you ever come across that flashy ad from a YouTuber promising to transform your financial life with the trading market? He shows you mansions, luxurious cars, and paradise trips, and says that all of this was achieved “from scratch” with a magic formula that you can learn… but only if you buy his course, of course.
The reality is different. Many of these “mentors” are not real traders. They are not making millions from trading. Their real source of income? YOU!
Here's the truth behind the facade:
1. They earn from courses, not from trading:
The main income of these “traders” does not come from trading in the financial market, but from the paid courses they sell. With each new student who joins the course, that’s thousands of reais more in their pockets. Meanwhile, the same traders may be getting average results — or even losses — in the crypto and stock markets.
2. Monetization by views and subscriptions:
YouTube rewards creators for views and subscribers. Many of these mentors make more money from YouTube than from the operations they supposedly run. The more get-rich-quick content they produce, the more views, the more likes, the more subscriptions… and the more money in their pockets, not yours.
3. The sale of illusions:
With videos full of promises of easy money, these “traders” are selling dreams to people who are often desperate for a change in their lives. They show manipulated results, create a false sense of urgency, and make you believe that without that course your financial life is destined to fail.
4. You are the bargaining chip:
When you buy their courses, pay for mentorships, and watch their videos, you are their most valuable asset, not the market. They create content to keep you trapped in the illusion that with the next video or the next course, you will finally be able to live like them. But the reality is: the only one who gets rich is the one selling the course!
WAKE UP! 🫵🏻🫵🏻‼️‼️
I’m not here to say that trading can’t be profitable, but rather to warn you about the hidden business model that many of these fake gurus have created. They are making money at the expense of your dreams, your hopes, and most importantly, your pocketbook.
Before purchasing any course, ask yourself:
• Does this mentor show his/her actual operations transparently?
• Are the results he promises realistic?
• Does he teach you to think and operate for yourself, or does he just push you to buy more of his products?
Remember: no one who truly dominates the market needs to make a living selling courses to thousands of people. A successful trader makes money from his trades, not from his audience.
🫵🏻🫵🏻 Avoid false promises and dreams sold on video. True knowledge comes from experience, continuous study and solid strategies. Be critical and don't let them turn your dreams into bargaining chips.
The market is unpredictable, but the manipulation of these “gurus” is clear.
