Worldcoin Foundation plans to pay for Orb operations with WLD tokens instead of USDC.

Currently, the circulating supply of WLD has reached more than 1% (total supply 10 billion). Of the approximately 134 million WLD issued, 100 million were granted to market makers through loans while 34 million were distributed to users and Orb operations in the form of grants.

MM loans will expire on October 24, Worldcoin has announced that the agreements will be extended until December 15 this year with the amount reduced to 75 million tokens; For the remaining 25 million tokens, MM will return, or buy part/full.
