"Big Brother" is watching you: Telegram under the control of Roskomnadzor?
In Russia, a bill is being prepared to de-anonymize Telegram and other social networks, obliging owners of channels and publics with more than 10 thousand subscribers to register in the Roskomnadzor registry, providing their full name, email address and phone number. Those who enter the registry will receive a special mark, and anonymous channels will lose the ability to place ads, collect donations and repost.
