Gold reserves are increasing: Turkey is in third place.

◻️Recently increasing geopolitical tensions and economic uncertainties have led countries to increase their gold purchases. Russia, China and Turkey in particular stand out among countries that have rapidly increased their gold reserves.

◼️Russia's gold reserves increased from 1,035 tons in 2013 to 2,333 tons in 2023, while China's reserves increased from 1,054 tons to 2,235 tons. Turkey has increased its reserves from 116 tons to 540 tons in the last 10 years, making it the third country that accumulates the most gold.

◻️The world's largest gold reserves are in the United States with 8,133 tons. Germany is second with 3,351 tons, and Italy is third with 2,452 tons.
