The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced that it will appeal a federal judge’s decision in the Ripple case. The SEC has filed an appeal to challenge that decision. Ripple’s Chief Legal Officer Stuart Alderoty said the appeal process will be difficult. 💼🔍
