Binance is excited to launch a new promotion for users under the Referral Program (“Referral Lite”). During the promotion period, all eligible users can participate in up to six referral rounds to share a reward pool of 1,000,000 USDC and each earn up to 1,000 USDC in token vouchers.

How to participate?
Step 1: Click to start a new cycle on the Referrals (“Referral Lite” page.
Step 2: Share your Referral ID/Link with friends who have not yet registered on Binance. Make sure your referrals complete the following missions during the same referral cycle after registering on Binance. Each completed mission will increase your chances of earning USDC rewards.
Mission 1: Complete account verification (KYC); and
Mission 2: Make your first single trade on Binance Spot or Binance Convert, and make sure the trade is worth more than $100.
Step 3: Each referral cycle will last for ten days. Keep inviting new users and ensure they complete the above missions within the ten-day period to achieve 100% progress.
The rewards for each referral round will increase gradually, referrers will receive more rewards when they invite more friends. The reward structure is as follows:
How to receive rewards?
Completing account verification (KYC) or the first trading mission by each newly invited user increases the referral’s progress by 0.005% to 10%. Users who have achieved 100% progress within a cycle will receive rewards in the form of USDC token vouchers.
Each eligible user can participate in up to six referral rounds and earn up to 1,000 USDC in token vouchers.
If a Referral fails to reach 100% of the Rewards Progress Bar before the end of a Referral Cycle, the cumulative progress in that Referral Cycle will be forfeited and no USDC Token Vouchers will be distributed for that Referral Cycle.
During the Promotion Period, Referrers may begin a new Referral Cycle immediately after unlocking 100% of the Rewards Progress Bar in their current Referral Cycle, even if this occurs before the maximum ten-day time limit. Users may also begin a new Referral Cycle once the time limit for each Referral Cycle has expired.
Users will not be able to start a new referral cycle after the promotion ends, however, those who are still in an ongoing referral cycle after 2024/12/07 23:59 (UTC), can continue to refer their friends on Binance until the maximum allowed period of ten days has passed.
Noticed :
The total reward pool for this promotion is capped at 1,000,000 USDC in token vouchers. Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Users will not be able to participate in the promotion once all rewards have been distributed, as ongoing referral cycles will automatically be terminated afterward.
In addition to the token voucher rewards provided under this promotion, referrers and their referrals can each unlock a $100 trading fee discount voucher reward when the referrals complete the Referral Program Deposit Mission, which is to make cumulative deposits equal to $50 within 14 days of enrollment via fiat deposit, credit/debit card purchase, P2P trade or cryptocurrency deposit.
General conditions:
Binance will use the price of the trading pair in USDC at the time of the trade to calculate the value of trades made on Binance Spot or Binance Convert during the promotion period. If there is no USDC pair for a specific cryptocurrency, it will be converted to another token or cryptocurrency with a USDC pair to determine its value.
Each new user can only be referred to Binance through one referral method. If a new user opens a Binance account through the Referral ID/Link, the referrer will not be eligible for the Pro Referral Method (“Standard Referral”) commission rewards.
USDC Token Voucher Rewards:
Referrals can advance their rewards progress bar by 0.005% to 10% for each successful referral during the promotion period. The value of the increase will be determined by the referrer’s historical activity on Binance.
Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this promotion. Spot or Convert trades made with a sub-account will not count towards trading volume requirements.
Referrals eligible for USDC token voucher rewards must complete their account verification (KYC) no later than ten days after the end of the promotion period to receive the corresponding rewards.
At the end of each referral cycle, USDC token voucher rewards will be distributed within 48 hours to eligible referrers who complete account verification. Users will be able to log in and claim their token voucher rewards via Profile > Rewards Area.
The validity period to claim the token voucher is set at 14 days from the distribution date. Users must claim the token vouchers before they expire. After this period, they will no longer be valid. Learn how to claim a voucher here.
Lite Referral Program Deposit Mission:
Deposits made via sub-accounts, third-party payment methods, or from another Binance account will not qualify for the Lite Referral Program deposit criteria.
Binance will use real-time fiat to USD exchange rates to calculate the USD value of deposits via fiat channels during the promotion period.
Referrers and referrals can unlock the $100 trading fee discount voucher reward via Profile > Rewards Area within 48 hours after referrals successfully complete the Lite Referral Program Deposit Mission.
Eligible referrers and referrals must claim their $100 trading fee discount voucher within seven days of reward distribution.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the Binance Program code or interferes with the operation of the Binance Program code using other software.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify and revoke rewards from participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the promotion, including but not limited to registering from the same IP address or device, mass account registrations to generate additional bonuses, and any other activities for illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
At Binance's sole discretion, users' participation will be deemed ineffective and they will be automatically excluded, disqualified and will not be able to accumulate benefits, in cases where it is identified:
Any violation of Binance’s Terms of Use and its Compliance Policies, as well as attempted or proven fraud, whether human and/or through the use of technology;
Manipulation of results or failure to comply with the requirements and provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions;
The indication by the user of incorrect, obsolete, erroneous or filled with false information, and may also be responsible for the crime of ideological lying or false documents;
Registrations and participations for which any technological means have been used or there are indications of their use, whether electronic, computer, digital, robotic, repetitive, automatic, mechanical and/or similar, with the intention of automatic and/or repetitive reproduction of the recordings, identical or not, which will also result in the invalidation of all registrations and participations made by the user who has used any of the means mentioned or for any of the purposes mentioned above, even if not all registrations or participations have resulted from the use of these means and/or have been made for this purpose.
