According to Foresight News, the Trump family cryptocurrency project World Liberty Financial (WLFI) said on Tuesday that "thousands of people" have registered for its whitelist since it went online on Monday. The project launched a "KYC" verification service on its website on Monday and said: "In the United States, this information is only available to people who are also certified as qualified investors." Foresight News previously reported that Trump posted on the X platform that his family DeFi project World Liberty Financial (WLFI) whitelist registration is open to qualified investors. Due to current US policies and regulatory restrictions, WLFI has established two separate whitelists: one for US accredited investors and the other for all non-US individuals.
