As of 02-10-2024, new affiliate applications from Turkey will not be accepted and existing affiliate relationships will be terminated.”
Within the framework of compliance steps, Binance.com, Binance’s website that provides services worldwide, will also be able to continue its activities.
As you may recall, the law, whose real name is “Law Proposal on Amendments to the Capital Markets Law”, was accepted at the Turkish Grand National Assembly General Assembly on June 26.
Within the framework of the rules, foreign exchanges were not banned, but certain restrictions were imposed on companies that would receive a license. One of these restrictions was the ban on the reference system. Crypto exchanges subject to Turkish law will also be closed to leveraged transactions.
