Buterin proposed metrics to measure "Ethereum compliance"

Vitalik Buterin proposed to solve the problem of the disparity of Ethereum ecosystem participants with the help of the concept of "Ethereum compliance", which is in the coordination of values. According to him, projects should be based on such criteria as:

- Open source code;

- Open standards;

- decentralization and security.

"The main challenge is to make sure that all these projects together create something that feels like a single Ethereum ecosystem, rather than 138 disparate fiefdoms."
