Kin Capital, an asset management firm, has launched a $100 million tokenized real estate debt fund, backed by Chintai, a network focusing on real-world assets (RWA). The fund will invest in a portfolio of real estate trust certificates, targeting a 14-15% return for institutional investors. Leveraging Chintai's RWA infrastructure, the fund aims to bridge the gap between traditional real estate financing and the digital asset market. This strategic partnership between Kin Capital and Chintai signifies the growing adoption of tokenization in real estate financing, offering greater accessibility, transparency, and potential liquidity.
