PANews reported on September 30 that according to CoinDesk, the latest Harris Poll survey shows that more than half of American voters want presidential candidates to have knowledge of cryptocurrencies, which shows that digital assets are becoming increasingly important in the 2024 election. 77% of respondents believe that candidates should understand innovative technologies such as encryption and artificial intelligence, and 56% said they prefer candidates with knowledge of cryptocurrencies. Another survey by Grayscale pointed out that crypto voters may affect election results in key swing states, especially young and diverse groups of crypto holders.
