WalletConnect is an open protocol for secure communication between wallets and Dapps. The protocol uses a bridge server to establish a remote connection between two applications or devices to relay payloads, which are symmetrically encrypted by a shared key between the two peers. The connection is initiated by a peer that displays a QR code or a deep link with a standard WalletConnect URI and is established when the other party approves this connection request.
WalletConnect has currently launched the first season airdrop activity. Users' past activities on the network, including connections, signatures, and on-chain activities will be evaluated. The first season registration officially ended on October 18 and will be checked and claimed in November. The initial total amount of WCT tokens is 1 billion, of which 18.5% of the tokens will be allocated to the first season airdrop.
The WalletConnect airdrop tutorial is as follows:
1. Copy the link to the browser, open it and click register;
https://airdrop.walletconnect.network
2. Click to connect your wallet (cat lovers should be familiar with this, as there is basically this wallet option when interacting with other projects)
3. Scan the QR code to connect (if using a mobile phone, take a screenshot and save the QR code, then scan it to identify it)
4. Take Ouyi Web3 as an example (return to the official website signature after connection)
5. Registration is successful (you can click Add to add multiple wallets. It is recommended to register all other wallets that can be registered. If you have a GitHub account, remember to connect it to increase the airdrop weight)
6. Binance officially released the Web3 wallet (it is recommended to register for more)
The above is the specific airdrop tutorial of #walletconnect . This project is an open source encrypted wallet that has raised 23.5 million US dollars. Many friends should have seen this wallet or used it when interacting with other projects. You can register for the current airdrop activities for self-protection. As the saying goes, you may not get it if you try, but you will definitely get it if you don’t.
