The next bull run is around the corner, and companies are already flooded with Web3 jobs.

Today, it's easy to find a job paying $5k-$10k per month without needing advanced skills.

Why most Web3 vacancies don't require excessive experience?

Web3 is a very young trend with a wide variety of different tasks - from being a CM in Discord to deep DeFi research.

It's very hard to find an experienced person for each specific task and that's why most employers are willing to pay huge money and let the employees learn on their own.

Internships are also very common where the employer basically teaches you all the skills along the way.

However, as global adoption increases, more people are entering Web3, and I expect to see much higher competition in a year or so.

1/ Copywriter.

➢ Develop and write marketing content for various social media channels.

➢ Proofread, copy-edit, and compile provided information.

➢ Creativity and knowledge of ChatGPT would be valuable assets.

2/ Social Media Manager.

➢ Actively manage social media accounts, including creating images, writing posts, and uploading short videos.

➢ Monitor social media trends and analytics to boost engagement.

➢ Proficiency in platforms like X/Twitter and Telegram is a big plus.

3/ HR Manager.

➢ Coordinate and assist with HR operations, including recruitment, employee inquiries, and interviews.

➢ Analyze the rewards structure, including annual compensation, employee recognition, and benefits.

➢ Key requirements: strong English, excellent communication skills, and Web3 knowledge.
