According to TechFlow, the Stacks Foundation announced in the early morning of September 28 that the Nakamoto testnet hard fork planned for this week has been successfully completed. The core developers found some bugs related to node communication during the upgrade process, mainly involving the issue of term extension. Although most functions of the testnet are running normally, there may be missed sorting. To solve these problems, the testnet may be reset on weekends.

In view of this, the block height of the mainnet hard fork is expected to be slightly adjusted. The core developers plan to release an update on the hard fork details before October 4 (Friday) Beijing time.

The Stacks Foundation stressed that a secure and stable launch remains a top priority and that plans may be further adjusted if any new issues are discovered.
