Tornado Cash co-founder Roman Storm will stand trial on money laundering charges.
The judge acknowledged that Storm's version of prosecution for writing code could be considered, but the service was still used to launder money and circumvent sanctions.
The trial will begin on December 2 in New York. He faces up to 45 years in prison for the combined charges.
