Buy at a low position? & Wait for the structure?
Some people may have doubts when seeing the copycat views I posted. Why do you buy after the takeoff instead of buying at a lower place? I have several views on this issue
1. Time cost: When there is no good rising structure, it will consolidate at the bottom for a very long time, as short as one month or as long as half a year. For such a long time, when other currencies are taking off, your choice is still grinding back and forth, so the overall holding experience is very bad
A good rising structure, if you seize the opportunity, you can see a high rise within a few days after buying it. Compared with grinding at the bottom, the feeling of watching the balance rise every day, isn’t it wonderful? !
2. Risk: When there is no definite market, that is, when the structure has not come out of the rising structure, we cannot judge where its bottom is, and it is very likely that we will be trapped by 50% or 100%. Trend trading can explain this very well.
Although it is true that buying chips at the bottom can make a lot of money from a God's perspective, there is no guarantee that you can really make that much money, and whether you can hold it is another matter.
The definite structure observed from a large level is extremely difficult to be destroyed (we don't do varieties that are easily destroyed, which belongs to wealth that is not within our cognition)
What we need to do is to wait patiently for it to come out of the definite but expected structure and then find the right time to enter the market. For example, it is the most appropriate to enter the market to gamble when it breaks through the trend of stepping back.
Although patience is very important in this market, and time is the least valuable thing, our chips are limited, and we must also use the concept of "time" to seize some opportunities where the money-making effect can be reflected quickly, so as to improve the utilization rate of funds.
However, seizing the opportunity does not mean entering the market randomly. You must wait patiently for the right opportunity before entering the market. Patience is the greatest wealth in this market
