Fractal Bitcoin recently responded to user feedback on social platforms, saying that the Fractal mainnet block filling was incomplete. After investigation, it was found that miners prioritize high-fee transactions, which are limited by block size and the number of SIG operations. In particular, high-fee MULTISIG transactions consume large amounts of SIG, resulting in incomplete block filling.

SegWit transactions typically consume 1 SIG, while MULTISIG transactions consume 84 SIG, significantly reducing the number of transactions that can fit within a block. This phenomenon is not a defect of the Fractal browser, but is caused by the BTC mainnet mechanism. Fractal Bitcoin will continue to optimize network connectivity and performance to ensure user experience.
