The Avalanche Foundation has launched a $40 million grant program to reward developers who develop new protocols for the Avalanche network. The program, called Retro9000, aims to incentivize developers ahead of the anticipated Avalanche9000 update.

- Developers and users will register on the Retro9000 platform and earn voting credits based on their activity on the network.

- With these credits, they will be able to vote during the testnet process, and the Avalanche Foundation will retroactively grant participants based on these signals.

The AVAX token is down 29% this year. The Avalanche9000 testnet will launch in October. Share your thoughts in the comments! 🚀💬
