A reminder that may benefit me and the believers

Imam Al-Suyuti said in his interpretation

{By the time} He said: An oath by time by which our Lord, the Blessed and Exalted, swore.

{Indeed, mankind is in loss} He said: All people, then he made an exception.... and said: {Except those who have believed} Then he did not call them, and that is until... He said: {And do righteous deeds} Then he did not call them, and that is until... He said: {And enjoin one another to truth} Then he did not call them, and that is until he said: {And enjoin one another to patience} He stipulates upon them
