Notcoin removed three zeros from the tapped coins (for easier token calculation). Those who had 10 million received 10k tokens, and so on. I expect something similar with MEMEFI.
For example, your 1 billion might be divided by 100k or 1 million — the resulting amount will be the number of tokens you receive.
Thus, a billion coins will either be worth $400 (unlikely) or $40 (quite realistic). Just a reminder, these are only my assumptions, and we need to wait for official information.
