The company encouraged users to explore Blum Academy, its educational platform, during the downtime. Blum Academy offers resources for users to learn more about cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and other relevant topics. The team did not specify for how long the app would be offline.

Blum is a hybrid cryptocurrency exchange platform that integrates centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) trading within one system. It has over 70 million users. Available as a Telegram mini app, the offers a trading experience by allowing users to trade various digital assets, including meme coins, directly within the Telegram messenger. 

The platform also operates a reward system through Blum Points (BPs). Users earn these points by completing tasks such as inviting friends and engaging with the platform. The points are currently used within the ecosystem for in-app boosts and other rewards, although there is speculation that they could eventually convert into a BLUM token.

Blum Crypto Airdrop and Token Listing 

Blum crypto has repeatedly faced speculation about a potential coin listing or airdrop, but the company has denied these rumors on several occasions. In May 2024, the team issued a statement confirming that there was no BLUM coin or NFT in circulation, warning users to be cautious of scams and misinformation.

Despite these clarifications, rumors continued to circulate within the crypto community. Most recently, on September 16, the team addressed the growing speculation by stating that September 20th was not the date for any airdrop or token launch. The company reiterated that any official announcements would be made only through its verified X and Telegram channels.
