Ripple is gearing up to launch its new stablecoin RLUSD soon, with the launch expected to take place in the coming weeks. Currently, the coin is in beta testing, and the company continues to burn RLUSD tokens on the $XRP Ledger and Ethereum networks. Ripple is looking to capture a piece of the stablecoin market, which is expected to reach $2.8 trillion by 2028.
