Decimal development team informs that after making corrections on incorrect record and performing rollback on 22466640 block it was possible to start the network, but the error appeared again. It is related to duplication of validator records when their set is changed. Despite successful execution of some processes (unlocking, service startup, modules connection), during handshake there was a failure during validation of validator set.

The main error is that the system detected duplicate entries for the same validator (Validator{06166B59A171B232F42CF59A15817D13D16E09F7}), which led to the impossibility of correct handshake execution and, as a result, to a stop at the stage of changing the validator set.

➡️ The team is already looking into the causes and fixing the error. At the moment the network is again in the state of analyzing and fixing the problem. As soon as updates are available - they will be immediately announced in Decimal's official channels.
