P2P banned in Belarus?
According to Decree No. 367 "On the circulation of digital signs (tokens)" in Belarus from September 17, the exchange of fiat money (rubles, dollars, euros, etc.) for cryptocurrency on foreign platforms is prohibited in Belarus! Now this can only be done on Belarusian crypto exchanges and crypto exchangers!
Important note: it is the exchange for fiat (and vice versa) that is prohibited, and not trading in the "cryptocurrency - cryptocurrency" pair (for example, BTC - USDT)! Therefore, P2P in Belarus has been completely illegal since September 17!
