JUST IN: Telegram CEO Pavel Durov has announced that the platform will begin sharing users' IP addresses and phone numbers with authorities in response to valid legal requests.
Telegram has updated its terms of service to "prevent abuse." This decision follows Durovâs arrest in France less than a month ago.
