According to Bloomberg, the official YouTube channel of the Supreme Court of India, which is used to live broadcast proceedings, was suspected to have been hacked on Friday, playing cryptocurrency advertisements and uploading videos related to cryptocurrency products. Since then, the entire page has been deleted. The Supreme Court of India has been using YouTube to broadcast important cases to the audience in real time, and the channel saves recordings of court proceedings. But the archived videos have been set to private, and the homepage shows a blank video with a title mentioning cryptocurrency. Supreme Court officials did not respond to emails and calls seeking comment.
