**BingX Hacked, IDR 800 Billion Gone!**
- BingX, a crypto exchange from Singapore, was hacked! đ±
- Hackers managed to break into their hot wallet, estimated losses of more than $52 million.
- Initially, PeckShield reported a "suspicious flow of funds" of $13.5 million, but it turned out to be worse, reaching $26.7 million.
- BingX Chief Product Officer Vivien Lin said their technical team suspected abnormal network access at around 4 am Singapore time.
- BingX immediately took emergency action: transferred assets and temporarily stopped withdrawals.
- "The majority of assets are safe in the cold wallet, only a few are in the hot wallet," said Lin. Withdrawals will be reopened in 24 hours.
- However, data from Cyvers Alerts says the total loss is more than $52 million, with many assets already exchanged.
- The crypto community is starting to wonder about BingX's transparency. Harrison Leggio from g8keep even suggested moving to a safer platform.
