According to ChainCatcher, Christine Kim, Vice President of Galaxy Research, published a summary of the 142nd Ethereum Core Developer Consensus (ACDC) conference call. This week, developers discussed the decision to split the Pectra upgrade into two hard forks and have begun fuzz testing Pectra Devnet 3.
During the meeting, developers also exchanged unresolved issues related to the Ethereum Improvement Proposal (EIP) on Pectra Devnet 3. A Base Rollup protocol developer named Francis submitted an analysis report supporting the increase in the Blob Gas target for the first part of the Pectra upgrade.
This series of discussions and tests shows that the Ethereum community is constantly working to optimize and improve network performance. How future upgrades will affect the market remains to be seen.
