Program A: Preferential APR Rewards with FIL Flexible Product and ETH Fixed Product

  • Program time: 07:00 September 19, 2024 (Vietnam time) - 06:59 November 1, 2024 (Vietnam time)

  • Registration Mechanism: Complete registration on a first come, first served basis subject to the terms below.

  • Reward Distribution:

    • Tiered Reward APR: Distributed daily to users' Spot Wallets.

    • Real-time APR: Accumulated directly in the user's Earn Wallet every minute.

    • Fixed APR: The fixed interest rate will remain the same throughout the entire fixed term. For fixed interest rates, any changes to the APR will only apply to new ETH Fixed Product subscriptions and will not apply to your existing plan. Distributed to the user's Spot Wallet on a daily basis. The first rewards will be awarded the day after accrual starts (two days after subscription).

During the program period, users who meet all of the following requirements will be eligible to participate:

  • Register for FIL Flexible Products and ETH Fixed Products with a minimum equivalent of 300 USD

All eligible users will be ranked according to their eligible net subscription amount* during the Program Period. The top 15 users will be eligible to share the following rewards as listed in the table below.

Please note:

  • Net Subscription Amount = (Total amount of assets subscribed to FIL Flexible Product and/or ETH Fixed Product - Total amount of assets withdrawn from FIL Flexible Product and/or ETH Fixed Product)

  • If 2 or more eligible users have the same eligible net subscription amount, they will be ranked based on subscription time.

  • Users who withdraw existing and pre-Program created Simple Earn positions only to recreate the same Simple Earn positions during the Program Period will have a net zero Simple Earn Product subscription amount.

  • ETH Staking positions will not be counted towards the user's net Simple Earn Fixed Product subscription amount. Only Simple Earn ETH 60-day, 90-day Fixed Products and FIL Flexible Products are eligible for these Programs.

How to get started with Fixed Products and Flexible Products:

  1. Buy ETH or FIL on the "Spot Market" or via the "Buy Crypto (ETH or FIL)" page using supported payment methods including Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and wallet balances. Users can also deposit FIL or ETH into their Binance accounts.

  2. Go to [Simple Earn] and search for FIL or ETH.

  3. Choose FLEXIBLE, 60 days or 90 days and sign up for Simple Earn FIL Flexible Product and Simple Earn ETH Fixed Interest Product to start earning rewards!

Terms and Conditions:

  • Changes to the Simple Earn Reward Rate will be announced on the Platform from time to time. Please refer to Binance Simple Earn Terms and Conditions and Risk Warning for more information before using Simple Earn.

  • At the end of the agreed subscription period, Binance Simple Earn will exchange the digital assets/cryptocurrency locked in Simple Earn ETH Fixed Product subscriptions to Simple Earn ETH Flexible Products.

  • Award

    • Activity A:

      • Tiered APR rewards are provided as an additional reward on top of the real-time APR. After registration, tiered APR rewards start accruing the next day, from 07:00 (UTC). Rewards will start being distributed the next day, after accruing from 07:00 (UTC) to 15:00 (UTC) to the user's Spot Wallet.

      • All users holding open positions for FIL Flexible Products will receive both real-time APR rewards and tiered APR rewards during the program period. After the program ends, users will only receive real-time APR rewards.

      • Tiered APR rewards are calculated based on the subscribed amount and are subject to the respective tier limits for each token. Please refer to FAQ for more details.

      • Fixed APR: The fixed interest rate will remain the same for the entire fixed term. For fixed interest rates, any applicable changes to the APR will only apply to new ETH Fixed Product subscriptions and will not apply to your existing plan. Reward calculation period: From 07:00 (Vietnam Time) on the day after you subscribe to the Fixed Product until the end of the subscription period.

    • Activity B:

      • USDC rewards will be distributed in the form of voucher tokens within 3 weeks after the end of Program B. Users can log in and redeem their voucher token rewards via Profile > Rewards Station. Learn how to redeem voucher tokens.

      • All allocated voucher tokens will expire within 30 days of allocation. Eligible users must claim their voucher rewards before the expiration date.

  • Assets you deposit into Simple Earn can be lent to other Binance users (e.g. Crypto Lending and Margin products).

  • Large withdrawal requests may temporarily delay withdrawals. Withdrawals may resume once sufficient liquidity is available again.

  • Users can view the assets in their Flexible and Fixed Products by going to Wallet > Earn > Simple Earn.

  • Flexible Product subscription withdrawal time: Instant; Fixed Product unlock time: One day.

  • Early Redemption: Users may redeem Simple Earn Locked Products early, but all rewards received will be forfeited. The entire balance of locked assets, minus any rewards allocated during the term, will be returned to the user's Spot Wallet within 72 hours. However, in exceptional cases, the return of such assets may be further delayed. Please see our terms and risk warning for more details.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tamperes with Binance program code or disrupts the operation of Binance program code using other software.

  • Based on its assessment, Binance reserves the right to disqualify users from participating if they engage in fraudulent behavior or fail to comply with any applicable terms and conditions.

  • Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the program or program rules at its sole discretion.
