XRP has recently taken a big step towards greater adoption in South Korea, when XRP was included as a payment option through the Surfy platform.
The breakthrough was part of a beta trial held during Korea Blockchain Week in Seoul earlier this month, and it's an exciting milestone for crypto. During the test, consumers were able to purchase using XRP at Cafe Valer, a well-known coffee shop in Gangnam District.
