PANews reported on September 18 that Howard Winklevoss, the father of the Winklevoss brothers, donated $4 million worth of Bitcoin to their alma mater, Grove City College, which was the first Bitcoin donation received by the school. Howard was exposed to the Austrian School of Economics while studying at the school, which also influenced Bitcoin founder Satoshi Nakamoto. The donation will be used to fund a new business program and will be officially named "Winklevoss Business School" in November. Howard first invested in Bitcoin in 2013 and was attracted by its fixed supply and non-governmental nature.
