PANews reported on September 18 that according to CoinDesk, eight projects jointly established the Decentralized Artificial Intelligence Association (DAIS) to deal with the risk of technology giants monopolizing the AI industry. DAIS is chaired by Michael Casey, former chief content officer of CoinDesk. The eight founding members of DAIS include CETI AI, Filecoin Foundation, Bloq, Hypercycle, Morpheus, Hemi, Odyssey and Lumerin. DAIS aims to solve four major problems: raising funds for the decentralized AI field, promoting the formulation of AI regulatory policies, promoting educational decentralized AI, and developing algorithms for distributed learning models. Casey pointed out that the current technology giants control data, computing power and regulatory agencies, and must promote the decentralized development of AI.
