I read it carefully.
First of all, although the voice and decision-making power of the community have always accounted for a relatively high proportion in the web3 industry. But fundamentally, everyone has different opinions. We need a "leader" to lead the industry, and I think the community opinions can be used as a reference for improvement.
I have been in the circle for 8 years and have watched the growth of the industry step by step. I did not participate as a "leader", I was just an ordinary participant. I have witnessed many black events and the darkness of human nature in the industry in the past. I have also witnessed the industry's step-by-step development to the present, and it has been slowly accepted by the world.
I believe that many of these are because we have "leaders" who have led this industry into the current stage of development. As a practitioner, I am still grateful from the bottom of my heart for the efforts and hard work of my predecessors. But looking back, a brand new industry. Everyone is actually crossing the river by feeling the stones.
So, as a participant, I finally chose to follow and accept the "leader". At least so far, "they" have done a great job.
Come on!
