💡 What’s Changing?

Made possible by contributions from @semioticlabs, @edgeandnode, @graphopsxyz, and @Infra_DAO, TAP introduces two significant changes:

1️⃣ It enables trust-minimized transactions, reducing reliance on trust between gateways and Indexers deepening The Graph’s decentralization and censorship resistance.

2️⃣ Indexers will gain control and responsibility for payment receipts, which simplifies the entire payments process.

TAP is more than just an upgrade for payments processing - it’s another important step towards a more robust and scalable network. By enabling an efficient, highly scalable, parallel, and trust-minimized payment process, TAP sets a new standard for secure and efficient microtransactions in the decentralized space 🌐
