What is Layer 0?

Think of it as the infrastructure that supports multiple blockchains.
It provides the networking and communication protocols that make blockchains interoperable, allowing them to work together, share data, and transfer assets between different ecosystems.
Some examples of Layer 0 protocols are Polkadot and Cosmos, which act as hubs that connect multiple blockchains.
