Wu said that Boyaa Interactive (00434.HK) announced that the company entered into a subscription agreement with MTT ESports Limited ("MTT ESports") on September 17, 2024, and invested in MTT ESports with 100 units of Bitcoin (BTC) as consideration, which is equivalent to a total value of approximately US$5.8193 million based on the market price of Bitcoin on the day immediately before this announcement. Upon completion of the investment, the company will acquire a 25% equity interest in MTT ESports. MTT ESports is a limited liability company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. It is a company focusing on the research and development and operation of Web3 infrastructure and Web3 games. It develops and owns the MTT Sports game platform and MTT Network.
