Trump Survived Assassination Attempt (September 15, 2024)
On September 15, 2024, there was an apparent assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump at his golf club in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The Secret Service shot a gunman spotted near the perimeter of the club. Trump, who was on the course at the time, was unharmed. The suspect fled but was later apprehended by authorities.
An AK-47-style rifle was found at the scene. The FBI is investigating the incident as an attempted assassination.
