Terra Luna Classic Votes On 800 Million Burn For Another LUNC And USTC Rally

After blacklisting the Risk Harbor wallet, the new proposal aims to burn the remaining 800M USTC, as communication breakdowns and lost keys hinder fund recovery.
Initial votes show an equal split between
"Yes" and "No with veto." Notable validators StakeBin, LuncGoblins, and LUNC Development Fund support the proposal.
If passed, L1 TF, the core developer, will execute the deletion via a bank module keeper and update the terrad client.
LUNC price remains sideways post 22% dip, trading at $0.000178. USTC sees a 4% dip, trading at $0.0400.
