🔺🔺 P2P Scam: My Bank Account Was Frozen 🔺🔺

Today, I want to share how my bank account got frozen and how you can protect your funds to avoid a similar situation.

Back in February, I was casually eating and tried to make a payment via UPI, but it failed. I thought it was a minor issue, so I tried again, but still no luck. Sensing something was wrong, I contacted my bank. They informed me that my account had been frozen due to involvement in a fraudulent transaction.

It turns out that someone who paid me via P2P had committed fraud, and all the accounts they interacted with were blocked.

To avoid this happening to you, never transact with anyone who has less than 50% trades or a completion rate below 95%. Also, always make sure the name on the bank account matches the name on the Binance account.
