The Federal Reserve will lead the "Super Central Bank Week" next week on September 16th. What kind of fluctuations will the crypto market experience?
There are still a little more than four days until 2 a.m. on September 19th!
At present, many masters have made shocking remarks, such as "the Federal Reserve will not cut interest rates" and "the Federal Reserve will continue to raise interest rates." I believe everyone has seen these speculations!
The answer is about to be revealed, and everyone can wait and see, so that they can slap the ugly faces of a bunch of people! !
After the U.S. CPI report was released this week, the market almost believed that the Federal Reserve would slightly cut interest rates by 25 basis points this month, but the situation reversed sharply from Thursday. At that time, former New York Fed President Dudley said that the Fed had reason to cut interest rates by 50 basis points next week. A reporter from the Wall Street Journal known as the "Fed News Agency" and the Financial Times also reported that the Fed was faced with whether to cut interest rates by 50 basis points or 25 basis points. After making a difficult decision, the market's bets on the Federal Reserve's sharp interest rate cut next week significantly increased to 50% each.
As traders increased their bets on a 50 basis point interest rate cut at next week's Federal Reserve meeting, BTC began to rise to 60,625 on Friday, setting a new weekly high. Gold continues to surge to record highs, rising more than 3.2% this week, its largest weekly gain in five months.
There will be many key risk events next week, the first of which will be the Federal Reserve's interest rate decision and updated summary of economic forecasts. The Bank of England and the Bank of Japan will also hold policy meetings.
What is particularly important is the Federal Reserve's interest rate decision in the early morning of September 19. Whether it will be cut by 25 basis points or 50 basis points, we have to wait for the data to be released. Personally, I prefer 25. There is no theoretical basis. It is simply a decision given to me by the Federal Reserve or Powell. It’s just a feeling!
However, no matter how many basis points it drops, the risk will definitely exist, and I feel it is relatively large. This is why I have not dared to increase my position recently. I chose to wait for a drop and then buy the bottom. This time I will buy the whole position and buy the bottom slowly. Wait for the arrival of a bull market!
