According to Foresight News, CoinDesk reported that the UK High Court ruled in a ruling that Tether's USDT stablecoin can be regarded as property. The judge said that USDT can be regarded as property because it can be tracked and can constitute trust property like other property.

The case was filed by Fabrizio D'Aloia, who said he was a victim of a crypto scam involving crypto exchanges Bitkub and Binance, and the documents show that the case against Binance has been settled. The court documents said that the judge's conclusion still supports Bitkub, and D'Aloia's claims against the crypto trading platform were dismissed.
