# Court ruling: Virtual currency investment contract is invalid, losses are borne by oneself

Recently, the Shanghe County People's Court concluded a contract dispute case involving virtual currency U coins as financial management objects, and finally rejected the plaintiff Chen's lawsuit.

Case review: After the investment lecture, Chen bought 10,000 U coins through Wang, but found that the asset data was zero, so he sued Wang to return the purchase money and interest.

The court believes that virtual currency does not have the attributes of legal currency, the investment contract is invalid, and Chen must bear the losses himself.
