🚀ZKsync launches on-chain governance! The new system is designed based on the principles of separation of powers and checks and balances to ensure that no one person or entity can change the protocol alone. All changes must be approved by three independent bodies: the token holder community, the security committee, and the regulators with consistent values.

Token holders can directly submit and vote on protocol upgrades; the security committee is responsible for review and emergency freezes; and the guardians ensure that proposals are in line with the ZK creed.

Support three types of proposals: ZIPs, TPPs, and GAPs. What do you think? See you in the comments! 💬
