Binance used the wrong snapshot date (24/08 instead of 29/08), causing uneven distribution of $CAT tokens. Some users got excess tokens while others didnât get any.
Binance has paused $CAT withdrawals to fix this. Excess tokens will be reclaimed and redistributed. Completion is expected by end of day, 11 September. If you withdrew excess $CAT, Binance will cover the amount to ensure fairness.
