State Street Launches Three New Digital Asset ETFs

Asset management giant State Street Global Advisors announced on Tuesday the launch of three disruptive technology and digital asset ETFs managed by Galaxy Asset Management. The ETFs aim to provide exposure to blockchain and digital assets through active management.

These three funds are designed to capture market inefficiencies and evolving trends in the digital asset space. The SPDR Galaxy Digital Asset Ecosystem ETF focuses on companies that benefit from blockchain adoption. The SPDR Galaxy Hedged Digital Asset Ecosystem ETF aims to manage volatility through options strategies while focusing on similar exposures. The SPDR Galaxy Transformative Tech Accelerators ETF targets companies in the blockchain and artificial intelligence space.

Anna Paglia, chief trading officer at State Street, commented:

We believe the next evolution of this market is actively managed digital asset portfolios.

Chris Rhine, Director of Liquid Active Strategies at Galaxy Asset Management, said:

With the rapid growth of digital assets and blockchain technology, it is important to have a dynamic approach when investing.

State Street and Galaxy look forward to combining their expertise to help investors navigate the volatile but promising digital asset market.
