Exclusive support system: Our startups will enjoy a 10-week intensive support program, during which they will not only receive professional guidance from the OPL mentor network, but also integrate into the OPL alumni network to share valuable resources and connections to accelerate their growth.
Funding support and investment opportunities: Each selected startup has the opportunity to receive up to $50,000 in funding to support its initial development. What’s more exciting is that well-known investment institutions such as OnePiece Labs, Franklin Templeton Fund, OKX Ventures, Merlin Chain Foundation, etc. will also provide follow-up investment opportunities of up to $2 million, injecting strong momentum into the long-term development of the company.

Since its launch in May 2024, the platform has attracted more than 10,000 traders, with a total locked volume of US$33 million, and successfully attracted 230,000+ users through the Telegram Mini App. With the support of WOO Innovation Center and Merlin Chain, BitGenie is committed to becoming the preferred platform for secure and efficient Bitcoin trading. At present, it is focusing on filling the gap in trading solutions for Bitcoin's evolving asset class.
Cygnus Finance
Founded by Eric Cheung, Cygnus Finance is revolutionizing the yield layer by integrating non-EVM systems with the EVM ecosystem. The platform features a yield-based liquidity verification system for global digital assets. With over $80 million in TVL and 150,000+ users, Cygnus is raising $15 million in funding. With the support of OKX Ventures and Optimism Foundation, Cygnus Finance aims to provide real yield and verification for a variety of digital assets through its innovative ZK Rollup solution.
Espionage Labs
Espionage Labs, led by Evan Greenberg and Daniel Dilanian, is building a Runes launchpad to simplify the creation and marketing process of Meme coins. Currently in the development stage of the Merlin testnet, this technology is expected to enhance the virality of the Meme coin field by optimizing the Runes process. Espionage Labs is committed to solving the complexity of Runes creation and marketing through advanced tools, bringing users a seamless and easy-to-spread experience.
Flashboys
Flashboys, led by Patrick Hale, uses Bitcoin's Mempool data for real-time trading front-running and arbitrage. The platform democratizes advanced trading strategies and enhances trading protection. With more than 50,000 Mempool transactions and collaboration with front-line industry players, Flashboys is in the midst of a $1.5 million Pre-Seed funding round with a valuation of $15 million. It aims to provide users with unprecedented access to Bitcoin Mempool through advanced trading tools.
Ordinal Hive
Ordinal Hive, founded by Alfonso Lua, is developing a comprehensive Ordinals trading suite. The platform aggregates key market data, provides real-time analysis and competitive pricing. With 12,000 waiting list users, 14,000 Twitter followers and 250,000 completed trades, Ordinal Hive has raised $1.5 million in seed funding, with a post-Series A valuation of $30 million. The platform aims to provide a unified solution for high-volume Ordinals trading.
Runiverse
Runiverse, led by Alex Read and Jon Lourie, provides a non-custodial Rune staking platform that incentivizes community participation with a gamified annualized rate of return (APY). Users can securely stake their assets on the platform while enjoying dynamic rewards. In just 72 hours, the platform attracted more than 500 waiting list users, received more than 30 letters of intent (LOI), and established connections with multiple partners within the Runes ecosystem. Runiverse plans to launch a Testnet in Q4 2024. Its platform redefines Rune staking on Bitcoin with secure, user-controlled options and gamified rewards.
